In the course of our business dealings we will:

 

  • Observe the highest possible standards of integrity, dealing openly and fairly.
  • Act with skill, care and diligence.
  • Seek from Clients such information as might reasonably be expected to enable us to provide accurate quotations.
  • Take all reasonable steps to obtain from Insurers the best possible terms and conditions for our Clients, and pass on all relevant information to enable them to make a balanced and informed decision about their insurance.
  • Take appropriate steps to protect information, money and property handled on behalf of Clients and Insurers.
  • Conduct our business and organise all matters in a prudent manner.
  • Avoid conflicts of interest wherever possible and where a conflict should arise ensure that we act in such a way as to not prejudice any party.
  • Handle complaints fairly and promptly.
  • Comply with FSA rules.
